I'm thinking that Seton Hill at Mercyhurst is probably the best game of the day.

If you do plan on watching one today, I'd strongly suggest the 4 p.m. game down in WV between Concord and Fairmont State. It will resemble the NBA rookie all-star game last night but it will be exciting.
So Clarion is up by 1 on SRU with 3:45 to go - sloppy game but interesting

Edinboro beats Gannon 74-67 in OT. Once the game was out of reach, Gannon turned off the feed haha

Men's game? Mine went to the blue "we no longer have this feed" screen with about ten seconds left. When Edinboro got that rebound, the announcer said "and that's it" then the screen went blue. I was watching on the PSAC app

Boro got that big road win in the Hammermill ... Staunch went for 13 points and 10 boards.

              Scots aren't dead yet.

Keep in mind, they have Clarion upcoming but also IUP, SRU and Mercyhurst.

We'll see if that 'goon' can carry the load.

Was the Gannon announcer yelling at the refs again while live on the air? Lol.

Always! I came home when the Hurst game was out of control and watched most of the second half of Gannon online.

Did you watch it on a computer? That might be the difference. Maybe the PSAC app is what cut it off.

They were remarkably calm for the overturned travel call that allowed Edinboro to tie it in regulation.

Agree. The GU radio announcer was calm. Not sure about the webcast announcer. I haven't seen a call like that overturned in such a late, crucial time of the game. I think that the overturn was the right call.

Reilly was pretty animated afterward, and through most of the extra session, but that is to be expected. I don't think that any coach would be given the situation.

These things have a way of evening out ... Gannon caught a nice break at Edinboro last year when Zay Jackson was fouled at the buzzer and hit three FT's to send the game into OT. Edinboro got the break this year when they sent the game into OT. Both teams still had to win the overtime session.

Gannon also had two straight empty possessions in at the end of regulation ... could have put the game away and the overturned travel wouldn't have meant anything.

As the regular season winds down I was looking at some stats for the West teams.

Here's my take on the leading candidates for the All-West team (granted, still several games to go):

                            POY: Jacobo Diaz (IUP)

                            First Team:

                            Jacobo Diaz (IUP)
                            Micah Till (SRU)
                            Malik Miller (IUP)
                            Trevor Blondin (SH)
                            Jason Massey (Mercyhurst)

                            Second Team

                            Dante Lombardi (IUP)
                            Josh Wise (UPJ)
                            Nathan Davis (SH)
                            John Paul Kromka (UPJ)
Jaryn Simpson (Edinboro) or Brent Pegram (Cal)

                              For argument purposes:

                              1) Till takes way to many plays off for my liking. Not a first team player.
                              2) Massey is a good player but the FT% YUCK!!!
                              3) Pegram is a very good player and starts on most PSAC teams, Simpson doesn't even come off the bench at IUP or other PSAC teams. I don't see it with Simpson.
                              4) Malik Miller making a case for POY.

                                1. It's a stats award and Till has stats. But, no doubt, he hustled way more last season.
                                2. That's odd Massey can't shoot FTs but has such a smooth jumper from 15'.
                                3. Pegram is solid. I wish he'd have came to IUP. Simpson ... see No. 1
                                4. The only objection is Malik has a big TO number. No doubt ... He can sure take over a game -- on both ends.

I'll say this, if you were holding a draft to build a real team (not a stat team) ... the first pick is either Cobo or Malik. And, that selection isn't an easy one.
