The other issue tonight was the Hair Gel Model reffing crew that stopped the game every chance they got. There was no flow to a game that featured the two highest scoring offenses in the country. This game should have been the epitome of flow, but the refs made sure that wasn't the case. Brutal pacing.

Gsc lives and dies by the three. They were 11-19 in 2nd half or 58%. With only a 5 pt half time lead, few teams would have won. Kudos to wlu.

Gsc only shot 23% last meeting and lost by 32.

I was thinking the same. It's certainly possible that if WLU wins today, they take the top spot. I don't think FSU will take the top spot even with a win today, which might mean UC or Hillsdale survives as #1 if WLU loses today. But I was kinda thinking that Hurst might slot in that #2 hole. Or heck, if WLU loses and the committee doesn't like what it saw in Hillsdale's/UC's embarrassing losses the other night, maybe Hurst even takes #1. I do suspect WLU will move up from 4 with their tourney performance so far. But unlike Boat, I would think it's Findlay who might be picked off by bid thieves Malone. FSU has probably played their way out of that #6 slot with their tourney performance.
