Denver (D1 Summit League) has hired Minnesota State Moorhead's Tim Bergstraser as its next head coach.
Bergstraster is just 34 years old and is seemingly on the fast track up the coaching ranks. He won 75 games in his 3 seasons at MSU-Moorhead and played in the Central Region title game this past year.

This is a bit random. But what the heck happened to Patrick Beileinen?
I was reading about Jerrod Calhoun staying out at Utah St and it mentioned how he coached at Fairmont State. Then I got to thinking about the coach that was at LeMoyne for a few years and got a lot of publicity because his dad was a big coach and he did well there. Looked through LeMoynes history and gout Pats name.
See he left there and went on to become head coach at Niagara University. He then up and left there and later became HC of a HS Boys Team and then up and left from there. Radio silence since from most things I've read.

That was a messy situation. It's all online.

He without question appeared to be on the fast track. He'd have likely did a year or two at Niagara and kept moving up. He certainly had connections.
