The big man Cole Bergen is going to stay home and play for NSU....wow. Certainly their are ties, but I fully expected him to be play at a lower D1 school next year. Very, very excited.

I kind of figured Bergan would be gone due to all of the commitments Augie and Northern have received the past several weeks/months. Surprised the Wolves were able to snag him.

Should be fun to see if all of this South Dakota talent does what Augie and Northern's coaching staffs hope. Thanks to simple's burning desire to see SD kids flounder and flop in the NSIC, it almost makes me hope things work out for the Wolves too. Then again, I really like when Northern loses, so I will probably never get that desperate to see simple proven wrong. :)

From what I've heard, he's a defensive big. I've seen him listed at around 200 lbs, pretty thin for a post player 6-8 or taller. But not unheard of around Mustang country.

Oh I know, but I believe Bergan (not that their aren't other recruits that for this as well) would make any NSIC team happy.

I believe the early signing period ends tomorrow. Did Bergan sign with NSU yet?
