Lady Hornets used a 15-0 run at the end of the second quarter and start of the third to pull within 2 points of Baylor with about six minutes left in the third last night. Emporia State only trailed by eight at the end of the third but the Lady Bears size took over and they went on a big run in the fourth to take an 89-60 win. I wonder when was the last time Baylor gave up a 15-0 run to someone in the Ferrell Center?

I'll have to ask Brenda what Bluefield did to incur her wrath.

Very impressive to see Maryland scheduling such rigorous non-conference games. :(

Perhaps all it took was taking a 3-2 lead.
