Mavs in St. Paul tonight to face CSP in the front half of a home/home. Hopefully they can find a way to play a complete 40 minutes with effort. Would be nice to sweep the Bears this week.

    No Kirksey tonight.

laker is unavailable with his detached retina. Not sure who the Mavs go to now.

Any idea what happened to Kirksey?

Well, Concordia remains the cure for what ails you. Mavs up 19 at the half. Shooting the ball well, but defense appears optional under all Concordia coaches. Mavs actually playing a little D of their own tonight.

Nice effort by the Mavs, especially with Kirksey out of the lineup last night. Hopefully they can build on this and make some positive progress.

I expect a similar lineup on a Saturday, then hopefully Nixon and Kirksey are back after break.

Holt looks like a future star. Willingham filled up the stat sheet last night too. But again, Concordia.

Hope we don't lay an egg today against Bemidji. Go Eagles!

No real surprise, but MSU defeated CSP again today. I was watching the MSU football game, so was not at basketball. I would imagine poorer attendance than usual in that many were probably following the football game.

Brutal game by dragons. Not sure what Moorhead is trying to accomplish on offense. Looks like 5 individuals taking turns rather than a 5 guys playing together with a common understanding of what they are trying to get done on offense. Give credit to northern defense. Not sure Moorhead got a screen set the entire game. Too much one-on-one. Not going to work against good long defense like northern. Good energy by Sem off the bench. Maybe only highlight of the game.
