NSIC North Division Player of the Week
#10 Brandon Myer (F, 6-8, 210, Sr., Superior, Wis. / Superior) - Minnesota Duluth
- Averaged 23.5 points and nine rebounds in a weekend sweep over Augie and WSC
- Added seven blocks, seven assists and one steal
- Shot 53.8% (14-of-26) from the floor, hitting 33.3% (3-of-9) from beyond the arc
- Shot 94.1% (16-of-17) from the charity stripe
- Scored 26 points with nine board, four blocks and four assists in a 73-67 win over Augie
- Added 21 points with nine boards, three blocks and three assists in a 91-70 win over WSC
- Named NSIC Player of the Week for the third time this season (11/12/19 & 12/9/19)

NSIC South Division Player of the Week
#0 Ryland Holt (F, 6-5, 200, Fr., Gibson City, Ill. / GCMS) - Minnesota State
- Led the Mavericks in scoring and in rebounds in wins over UMC and BSU
- Averaged 24.0 points and 9.5 rebounds per game, while shooting 18-of-29 (.620)
- Scored a career-high 24 points in a 93-90 win over UMC
- Surpassed that the next night scoring 25 in a 87-60 win over BSU
- Notched his third career double-double as he added 10 rebounds against BSU
- Named NSIC Player of the Week for the second time this season (12/23/19)

WOMEN

NSIC North Division Player of the Week
#24 Lauren Rotunda (G, 6-0, Jr., Fargo, N.D. / Shanley HS) - UMary
- Averaged 20.5 points and 8.5 rebounds in two UMary wins
- Shot 64% (16-of-25) from the field and 100 percent from the free throw line (8-of-8)
- Posted a 17 point, 12 rebound double-double in 85-71 win at UIU
- Scored 24 points with five rebounds in a 82-65 win over WSU
- Was 9-of-11 from the field in the win at WSU
- Named NSIC Player of the Week for the third time this season (12/23/19 & 1/27/20)

NSIC South Division Player of the Week
#50 Kristi Fett (C, 6-5, So., Glenville, Minn. / Lyle Public School) - Minnesota State
- Averaged 20 points and six rebounds in wins over UMC and BSU
- Shot 64.3% from the field hitting 18-of-28 shots
- Recorded a career high 22 points in the win over the BSU

Congratulations to Mr. Holt and Ms. Fett. I was impressed with Holt's scoring abilities and athleticism this past weekend. As a freshman, hopefully he can continue to improve in future years. Fett is the tallest MSU women's center I can recall them having, and is developing into a force on the block and rebounding. If she can continue to improve and be consistent, she will be a definite asset the next two seasons.
