Anyway, NSU will have a good nucleus of players with Chatman, Stark and Belka. Chatman is gonna be special when all said and done.

Watching it in the moment, fouling never even crossed my mind. In hindsight, NSU should have fouled and played the FT game. However,

The NSU/NW game was extremely entertaining. Pretty much had everything a college basketball fan could want. Unfortunately like all games, only one fan base comes away happy.

Washburn could maybe make a case for that too since they beat NW twice, and lost once in OT (...and then got their poop pushed in by 40).

Northern State has announced that starting Nov. of 2022 it will begin hosting an annual 'Small College Basketball Classic' - a 12-team event to feature four teams each from D2, D3 and NAIA. Plans call for it to be a multi-year event.

I assume this is similar to the event in St. Joseph (except adding D3 and NAIA) and will now be relocating to NSU.
