Doubtful, if there are 3 teams from each conference and NSU and NW get the byes then I'm guessing they would flip one of the seeds to get NSIC v. MIAA in both first round games. On the other hand, I guess they could go MIAA v. MIAA in 1st round and winner takes on NSU and vice versa on the other side with an NSIC team to go against NW in second round. Who knows!

They never used to do that - you were seeded without regard to conference even if it meant playing the same team for a third our fourth time. But maybe that's changed, or maybe the approach will be a little more flexible this year with no out of conference games to judge.
