Hudgins vs. Geiman--Player of the Year in the Conference

It is time for the regions to go, unfortunately it won't happen...financially but also exposure wise it won't happen. Too many conferences/AD's know that their team or conference gets in more schools due to the regions/regional guarantee.
If my conference/region isn't good I might get less teams in if regions were pulled, so I am not going to change that. It hurts when conferences/regions are strong, ends up hurting the fans and athletes but I think we all know neither of those matter much to the NCAA.

Agreed TigerAlum. There is no money in the NCAA Division II tourney. I would throw the NCAA right in the same category as the KSHSAA (the Kansas High School governing body). They don't do anything that makes sense for the kids. It is only about them and their bureaucratic and entitlement attitude.
