No, it's a parody account of some sort. It's a video game character (there's not even real pictures, just video game characters) with the account announcing the offers on behalf of each school.

Yeah, I've been digging... there's nothing on this guy on 247 or Rivals. He has like 8 tweets... I think someone created a video game player and tagged @nwmostate and nwmostate twitter retweeted it. lol

This TU vs NW game was an extremely fun game to watch. No question it will prove valuable for both these talented teams so early in the season going forward. Gotta admit I was more than a bit nervous when Dreamer picked up his 4th foul with around 9 minutes left. Compounded when Waters picked up his 4th foul shortly after. TU's 6'9" McKnight and 6'8" Peeters kept attacking the lane. Those two shot 15 of the 17 of the team's freethrows. After Dreamer and Waters picked up their 4th fouls with so much time on the clock, especially so with Dreamer, defensively he had to forfeit more shots and points in the lane than he wanted with McKinght and Peeters continuing to want to attack the lane, even tho they had been aggressively attacking the paint all game long. Defensively, Dreamer and Waters played as smart of a game as they could finishing the game in those last minutes with those fouls hanging over them. Again, just a GREAT game between two talented teams. This Bearcat team are finding their roles and coming together. Still plan on following TU the rest of the season just to keep an eye on them (ha)! Really impressed with the Bearcat fans who showed up at Bearcat-Lamkin Arena with the NW students gone for the holidays. Briar Cliff on Friday (today). GO BEARCATS! .

Hawk the BlueJay update:
after 6 games @ CU Hawk is 2nd in scoring(13 per game) & 1st in rebounds(7.0 per game). Not bad for a former D2 kid from a small Iowa HS.

I think there were just about as many fans in the stands for the Truman State game when the students were away for Thanksgiving holidays for this game with Northeastern tonight.
