Former Winona State PA annouce Brice Wilkinson passes away.

Most of who will know him as the man with the long white beard who served as the PA for WSU athletics for many years. He did his job with such enthusiasm and fun it really was a treat to listen to him. Ending this post with and enthusiastic "RIP CITY" as he would say after a WSU 3 ball.
