We didn't look like the #1 team in the country this weekend, that is for sure. Defense was top notch as expected. Alfred33 has already outlined the offensive issues and I don't have much to add. Didn't look like the free-flowing offense we have come to see in the past few years- it was either let Trevor go one on one or dump it in the post and clear out for one on one action on the block. Will be interesting to see if they use Dreamer in the pick and pop role that Hawkins had in past years to help open up the offense or what moves they make to help with the offense.

Hawk leaves a big void. Several guys playing very different roles this year. It wasn't real pretty, I expect things will improve greatly in the coming weeks. Coach Mac said in the postgame interview, he thought he has enough tape on the guys that he'll be able to figure out what changes need to be made to the offense.
Last nights game, their best player didn't seem to get going until Diego and Isiah weren't guarding him. Didn't switch back until the last minute or two of the game.
If they can struggle in the first 2 games of the year vs. Top 25 teams and WIN...isn't it reasonable to think they can still be really good this year.
