But you think McKendree could pay more? Doesn't seem like it, a private Methodist school over a publicly funded one. McKendree has been around a long time so maybe that got some big money coming in from alumni.

Not sure if it means they pay their coaches well, but McKendree obviously thinks their athletic programs are important to the school. They sponsor about 30 sports, which is the most in the conference by a long ways.

My guess is money. Most of Truman's coaches I believe are on the lower end of the pay scale in the GLVC.

My guess is money. Most of Truman's coaches I believe are on the lower end of the pay scale in the GLVC.

No, Truman is 100% committed to the GLVC & D2.

He is perhaps the worst floor coach I have ever seen. His legacy is that it doesn't take talent to be successful. Missouri State paid that bum over $300k per year. Unbelievable how inept so many of these ADs are.

if he quickly lands a similar paying job, he essentially scored a $300,000 bonus by getting fired.

I'm hearing it might be Paul Lusk who just got fired at Missouri State. No idea if there's any truth to that.
