            Re: Midwest stats 2016-17

As a representative of the Central Region forum, I'd like to extend an official offer for you to join our highly esteemed community, schnautza. I recognize the deep ties you have to both your alma mater and the Midwest Region forum in general, but just keep in mind...we're pretty cool in the Central Region. Some of us are funny and most are practical, rational, self-deprecating, and generally friendly.

Just wanted you to know the offer is there. With you and wscsuperfan in the same region, we'd pretty much become an unstoppable force of information, updates, and stats on the D2 Message Board. Just roll it around a bit and, when you're ready, jump on in over on the Central Region side. You'll be welcomed with open arms.

If any representatives of the Midwest Region feel this is an unfair proposition, the Central Region is prepared to make a generous trade offer, which can be discussed at a later time. Names that may or may not be in the mix include simple as a $3 bill, a perennial all-star in the Central Region, and potentially others. Post a response or PM me directly for details.

(Seriously though, this is good stuff, schnautza. I hope your Midwest Region compatriots appreciate your hard work.)

As tempting as it is to jump off of this dumpster fire of a board (Midwest), USI is actually shaping up to be a good team this year and I've gotta stick with them. Somebody's gotta keep a level head over here.
I will, however, start posting the PI updates over there again now that we are getting into the season a little deeper. I can't guarantee a thread like this one as it is a little more time consuming (and my wife would probably kill me if I spent any more time than I already do in this forum!)

I may, however, be interested in a trade though. I've got a few names I'd like to send to the Central region as long as you can guarantee they don't come back.

Mr. Augustana is right about schnautza's work. He represents the finest poster in this region. When I started posting on this board, there was very little action. I read the Central region stuff a lot and they seemed like nice guys. Then, this Region turned into a blood bath and I may have contributed to that. If I did, well, I just want to say your welcome!

                  Stats include games thru 12/19
I've switched from listing the teams in the national top-50 to listing the top 10 regional teams for each stat, with the exception being if there are more than 10 teams in the top 50. Rankings still reflect national rankings.

I actually looked that up when I saw it, thinking it was USI, but it was Florida Southern.
And it was Truman beating KWC to interrupt that streak.
