Weird. Hope we don't lose my keen insights and nuggets of wisdom (tongue firmly in cheek here).

Haven't listened to it yet, but here's a local sports-talk radio interview with new BU assistants Felton Spencer and Doug Davenport (around the 40:45 mark):

Years of loving craft down the drain. I guess it was the ephemeral nature of the writings that made them poignant and passionate.

Turns out the entire basketball message board was just one of Hillary's emails.

                          Re: New bellarmine thread

Interesting that there is only one GLVC player named and only two in the region. Coincidentally, those two players, Rusty, and CJ Turnage for SVSU, play each other in the first game of the season.

I think the region will be wide open this year, but if you had to pick a favorite, it may be SVSU.

BTW, I would probably make Lincoln Memorial the favorite to win the Championship.

Find it odd that they were just Honorable Mention. Troutman was on the Coaches All American squad which only lists the top 16 at the end of last year. He was one of the six on that team that weren't seniors. By that logic you would think he would at least make the 2nd team preseason on the Sporting News. This kind of stuff is like the polls though, pretty meaningless. The honor is to be on it at the end of the year.

I agree I think SVSU is the favorite. I don't see anyone in the GLVC stepping up this year. I may have been drinking the purple kool-aid but I think KWC has to be considered in the top 3 at least if not the favorite.

Btw, it is only about a six and half hour drive to that first game. Road trip anyone?
