SIAC - who is left?

I had previously seen a release saying SIAC would start March 1, but I've also seen a few of their teams have been playing.

Seven teams have played so far:
Benedict
Miles
KY State
Tuskegee
Albany State
Spring Hill
Allen

Seven others have not:
Central State
Clark Atlanta
Fort Valley St
Lane
LeMoyne-Owen
Morehouse
Savannah State

According to this release on 2/5 by the NCAA, the SIAC has 9 teams active this season...so which of the remaining 7 are still planning on playing?

Savannah State is reportedly scheduled to play their first game of the season vs. Miles on Feb. 27 (SSU was supposed to have played games in the previous couple of weeks, but those games were postponed). Haven't been able to figure out the ninth school referred to in the press release.
