WWU guard Anjaylo Lloyd is transferring. Must not be liking missing this season as WWU has opted to not play. Lloyd was a recruiting steal for the Vikings, as the scoring leader of the NWAC in 2019-20. He averaged 26.4 ppg for Shoreline CC that year. He was set to be the next great scorer in the GNAC along with Shabazz at UAF.

Remember when WWU recruiting the NWAC's top scorer in Anjaylo Lloyd? But then he left the program during the pandemic. He just broke silence on Twitter to provide an update. He cited mental health and depression as his reasons for stepping away from basketball lately. He added that he will not be playing anywhere this coming season as he continues to work on himself.

Hope he finds his niche, I thought EWU or Idaho should've taken a flier on him. His NCAA clock is running so I guess he ends up NAIA, nothing wrong with that.
