The story of week three was that we appear to be figuring out this fantasy thing in terms of players actually putting up points!
Here's what the week 3 results look like. This was already posted on the D2Fantasy Twitter account, so if you want to be the first to see results, make sure you follow there!
Fro-th_and_goal - 158.65
Runnin' Cat - 89.95
New guy Fro continues his reign at the top of the standings, getting a trio of 30+ point performances, led by highest scoring RB of the week, Jesse Sherwood, who went for 39.8 points on 205 yards and 3 TD's on the ground. He also got 36.4 points from WR JaQuae Jackson, the second-highest WR score of the week. RC got a more TJ Davis-like performance out of his first round pick this week, with 29 points, but he had two players in single digits and couldn't overcome the 90+ points from Fro's highest scorers.
Mule Man - 191.25
gr8ness97 - 154.55
In a battle of fantasy titans, MM comes away with the victory this time behind the highest team score of the week, led by highest individual scorer of the week, QB Ivory Durham, who threw for 359 yards and 6 TD's to go with 113 yards rushing for 65.25 points. MM also got 34.6 points from RB Michael Zeman and a pair of 25+ point performances from his wide receivers. gr8 got 49.25 points from his QB Braden Gleason, and had the highest-scoring WR of the week with Jeremiah Bridges and his 42.1 points, but his death knell was Brandon Hall only putting up 3.2 points in a battle of high-scoring fantasy affairs.
Wayne Cavadi - 144.6
JavsFan - 105.45
Our other newbie, Wayne, also remains undefeated through three weeks. Wayne got the usual 41.2-point performance from QB Tyson Bagent, and also got a pair of 30+ point performances from his running backs, with Jada Byers scoring 31.9 and Nathaniel Omayebu III putting up 31.1. Javs had a good all around performance, with five of his six starters scoring over 15 points, but he couldn't find the big performances to push him ahead. He did sit 32.6 points on his bench from RB Thuro Reisdorfer, but it wouldn't have been enough to make a difference, anyway.

mountaineermagic - 62.4
Yet again I was involved in the lowest-scoring matchup of the week. Great job by me. I thankfully got a solid 37.55-point performance from QB John Matocha, which is nice since I benched a 50.6-point performance from my other QB, Demilon Brown. I also benched a 30.4-point performance from WR Brevin Caldwell. I'm not very good at this. mountaineer unfortunately had four of his six starters score less than 10 points, but on the bright side, #1 overall pick Josh Cummings returned from his injury and put up over 100 yards rushing, so I anticipate he'll be getting stronger and putting up some significant fantasy points going forward.
