this year and next will be in Shenandoah Texas.
It had been in Salem for over 20 years before the move.

Well that's going to suck. I was looking forward again to going to the game, despite having numb toes in Salem every year.

No to Dixie. Too far west and inadequate press box.

Beautiful area, your airport access comes into play despite it being on I-15. If it were there, go to Zion National Park as it is incredible. I've only seen one I liked better and that was Toroko Gorge in Taiwan, but I know the game won't be there.

Family vacation time. Two National Parks real close. Vegas a couple hours away. Messquite(sp) a half hour away. Could still golf and even pitch some horseshoes at their new courts.

How big is Dixie State field? It would probably be perfect weather for football in St. George Utah in December.

This may be a crazy idea, but why don't we start acting like the division that we are in. We keep looking for these stadiums that hold 20 and 30 thousand, when in reality, it's a typical game is going to hold between 9 and 10000 fans.

For that size you could come up with some option where one of the two teams that are playing in the championship can either host it in their Stadium or work with another local Stadium to host the game. If they are unable to do this, with the NCAA help, then the opponent has a chance to do it. I know that there would be a lot of logistics but you are at least guaranteed to get most of the fans from one of the schools to attend, and you start to see more of your terrain. Plus, all four semifinal teams would have to start too bring the local community up to speed, which broadens our brand, even if the game doesn't end up there.

Love this idea I even thought of a slight change in letting the two teams bid for the game but with all of the logistics involved you need to have more than a week's lead time.
