      Re: Nc game bids

It got a ton of publicity, but there are plenty others with similar price tags and amenities. In Texas 2nd place is a disgrace, so numerous schools caught up quickly.

It was $69.5 on the original estimates Katy ISD in Houston has the most expensive HS stadium in the state, also seating 12,000.

It's Texas. They take their high school football very seriously. In North Texas, specifically the northern suburbs of Collin and Denton counties (more so Collin County), it's almost like an arms race as far as best high school football stadiums (McKinney, Allen and The Star in Frisco (aka "Stephen World"), which hosts a lot of the Frisco ISD high school games).

Where Fort Worth and Tarrant County tends to win the largest stadium titles. 7 of the largest stadiums are in Tarrant County.
