I would say it's been, unfortunately, the entire PSAC over Cheyney.

Possibly, but not all of the PSAC played Cheyney every season.

Not really. But it would just take longer to build up that streak.

Out here in GNAC country, the current high water mark is held by Western Oregon, who has defeated Simon Fraser 17 times in a row. The Clan's only win in the series was in the very first meeting back in 2000. WOU goes for 18 straight next week.

Except, those streaks are permanently over now that Cheyney dropped football.

Didn't play each other in 2010 and 2011 due to the conference rotation (2011 was their runner-up year), but GV did beat Joique Bell in the two years they faced him.

IUP currently has 33 against Lock Haven, although IUP doesn't play them every year. Overall IUP is 58-15-3 against them with Lock Haven's last win coming in 1981.

IUP actually also has an on-going 22 game winning streak against Shippensburg (last loss to them was in 1989), again IUP doesn't play them every year but Shippensburg is one of the better teams in the PSAC that has made the playoffs multiple times and won the PSAC during this span.
