How many grass fields in D2?

I saw this tweet and wondered about D2. Then I wondered about FCS and FBS too.

In the NSIC, only Minnesota-Crookston and MSU-Mankato have grass fields.

In the MEC, only WV State and WV Wesleyan have grass fields.

The GAC has 3 grass fields. Arkansas-Monticello, Oklahoma Baptist, and Ouachita Baptist.

When one field is used year round for multiple sports, turf is a necessity.

As far as the CIAA goes, to my knowledge only Bowie State, Fayetteville State, Shaw and Lincoln have turf fields.

All PSAC football stadiums have field turf. I believe Bloomsburg was one of the last teams to have grass. We upgraded to field turf when the stadium was completely remodeled in 2008.

The GSC has West Georgia with grass and West Florida with grass/dirt combo.UWF plays in a minor league baseball stadium.

RMAC I believe has Fort Lewis and Western State still with grass. Chadron made the transition in the off season to turf.

WOU still has grass as the only school in the GNAC as CWU replaced theirs this summer.

Technically Cheyney was the last - they had grass until they cut all NCAA sports in the spring. Although technically I wouldn't have called that field grass. It resembled a hillside that a farmer has for goats to graze.

I believe UWG had the only grass field in the GSC
