GoFundMe For VSU Student Asst. Coach Peacock

Several weeks ago, VSU student assistant coach John Peacock underwent surgery to remove a tumor. It was then discovered that cancer had spread beyond the tumor to other parts of his body. Doctors are planning a very aggressive treatment since John is so young. There will be tough days ahead for this young man. He is a STUDENT coach with no other full time job or benefits. John is a strong, determined person with just a 1/2 semester needed to finish his degree.

VSU coaches have started a GoFundMe page to start raising money for doctor bills. We all know that it is going to take more than just $5000 on the GoFundMe page when it comes to cancer treatments. If you can give any amount, it will surely add up. Please share with your friends on Facebook and Twitter. Please help us take away one less worry for John as he fights this disease.

Thank you to all who have donated so far. John is so grateful to have so much support.
He is a great guy and an inspiration to the team, and they have rallied around him through all he is facing.

Please share with your friends and pass the word. As you all know chemotherapy is not cheap and will have a lot of expenses by the end of his treatments.
