Ouachita Baptist Claims Great American Conference Title
No. 4 Ouachita Baptist (Ark.) had little trouble with then-No. 20 Southern Arkansas, beating the Muleriders 35-10 and claiming their second straight Great American Conference title. The Tigers can record their second-ever perfect regular season if they beat arch-rival Henderson State (Ark.) this coming Saturday.

The Top 10 of the AFCA Division II Coaches' Top 25 Poll has a new look this week after then-No. 6 Colorado School of Mines was upset by Dixie State (Utah), 52-45. Minnesota State still sits at No. 1, followed by Ferris State (Mich.), West Georgia, Ouachita Baptist and new No. 5 Valdosta State (Ga.). Minnesota-Duluth dropped a spot to No. 6 despite a 55-0 win over Mary (N.D.). The Bulldogs are followed by Tarleton State (Texas), Grand Valley State (Mich.), West Chester (Pa.) and Colorado State-Pueblo, who round out the Top 10.

There are two Top 25 matchups this coming week, with the first being a Top 5 battle as No. 3 West Georgia travels to No. 5 Valdosta State to see who claims the Gulf South Conference title. Both teams have identical 7-0 conference records going into the final regular season game. The second matchup is a big non-conference game as No. 12 Indianapolis (Ind.) hosts No. 20 Hillsdale (Mich.).

Re: AFCA Division II Top 25 (11/5)

The Colorado Mines game was a shocker for the RMAC this past weekend. It will be interesting to see the Region Four rankings this week and how this will help CSU Pueblo.
