Seton Hill (1-6, 1-10)1st win 2yrs Verses East Stroudsburg (0-6, 2-9)
Could substitute Cheyney for ESU, since they've been kicked out of the NCAA D2

The other PSAC bowl would be the "NOT ME" bowl
The I didn't loose to Seton Hill; Gannon ( 2-5, 2-9) against Lock Haven (1-5, 2-9)
Oh sorry LHU beat GU in the last game of the yr.
I guess it would have to be a D3 school
