Wow we got burned with these new rules. Having to play NWMSU in round 1. But the NCAA loves to make money on athletes but hates to spend money on athletes. Hopefully beating USF and having 2 more D2 opponents will let us top Tarleton when this is all over.

Why is Frostburg ineligible?

They're in their first year of reclassification from D3. They won't be eligible until 2022.
