HBCUs receive CARES Act bailout funding, some equating to $22,000.00 per student.

This includes both Private and State Supported HBCUs.

With everything now going on with a huge drop of enrollment going into this fall, who would have though this would be such a very important move made by President Trump. This is showing how much needed funding at this moment of time for HBCU matters.

No doubt about it, without this very important move (ask the school's leadership), I believe that the discussions would not only be about canceled or delayed football, it would be changing to which HBCU school will be on the closed down list next this year. This Cares Act bailout funding is impacting the CIAA and SIAC in a big way.
