FWIW, our games aginst Sioux Falls schools , both boys and girls, are typically much lower scoring. Part of that is 36 minute games vs 40 minute games, but the reality is the shot clock does not speed up play. If anything my personal experiences says it slows it down.
Nebraska uses quarters.....I didn't know any high schools played halves

Minnesota went to halves maybe 10 years ago or so.

This is the type of stadium design I'd like to see more of in D2 football - and this one isn't even in the USA.

              Estadio Borregos - Monterrey, Mexico.

Home to the Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education and Fundidores Monterrey. It opened in May of 2019, with Monterrey Tech beating the University of British Columbia, 24-17.

This isn't exactly one to appreciate.

This one doesn't exist (yet) - but it's a rendering of what Dakota State University (NAIA) wants to build. It's apart of their facilities master plan.

The rest of the plan is here:

Haskell Memorial Stadium - Lawrence, KS.

The stadium was built in 1926 to house the Haskell Institute's football team - along with Carlisle, they were a dominant program in the early years of football. Haskell discontinued football in 1938. They revived it in 1990, but again discontinued it in 2014. It's also home to a couple local high schools.

The stadium's main architectural feature is the arch which sits beyond one of the endzones.

One more this morning - tucked away in Northeast Arizona, the Wildcat Den. Home to Chinle High School.
