So are the Lions winners at losing, or losing as winners?

    Detroit nearly won that.

Were they wearing retro jerseys or do they just buy the cheapest ones available? I rarely see them play but there are better jerseys in the NAIA.

Hypothetical: Lions are up 7-0 with 1:00 left in the game and the 49ers have the ball at their own 20. They fail and turn the ball over on downs. The Lions now have 1st and 10 on the 49ers 20-yard line. They will kneel twice and the game is over. If they "had to win by two scores," they'd kick the field goal.

These are always funny to me as it negates that a team scored more than another team and won the game.

It was similar for GVSU fans in 2014 when the Lakers were the best 6 win team in the country.

That would have made SFU a playoff team with 1-loss! Last few seasons they'd have been national champs and undefeated!

I'm so glad Seattle didn't get the 10:00 am game like they usually do as a Wild Card. 1:40 pm is a much better start for them and any West Coast team.
