NC Division 2 Football Schools / OOS Tuition for only $2,500 per semester

Through the state's NC Promise Program, 3 Division 2 Schools ECSU, UNC-Pembroke, and Fayetteville State University are now offering 'out of state' tuition cost of only $2,500 per semester. That's a tremendous savings, especially if you're either presently enrolled on partial scholarship or are a walk-on for a D2 Football program. Transfer inquiries are already starting to roll in for those schools.

I've been to UNC-Pembroke (in Pembroke, NC) a couple of times, and they have a pretty impressive modern looking campus. Their enrollment is now over 8,000 and growing.

I've also been to Fayetteville NC (including a couple of really good concerts at Crown Coliseum), and there's a lot going on in that city, with a population over 200,000 (J Cole's hometown), and their population is growing.
