Great Lakes Maritime Academy at Northwest Michigan College (yes, a community college is host to a four-year academic program)
    Maine Maritime Academy
    Massachusetts Maritime Academy
State University of New York Maritime Academy (which, incredibly enough, is located in The Bronx; I would've guessed Long Island, to be honest)
Texas A&M Maritime Academy at Texas A&M Galveston (TAMU-Galveston is technically considered a branch campus of TAMU-College Station, so much so that many of the TAMU-CS traditions are in effect at TAMU-G)
Right. If this merger goes through, Cal Maritime will definitely become a situation almost identical to Texas A&M-Galveston; the press release even explicitly states that all Cal Maritime students would become part of Cal Poly SLO's student body, which likely means that the Keelhaulers would be no more

An associate membership change for 2024 that I don't think anyone caught is that the Mountain Pacific Sports Federation now sponsors D2 men's wrestling. No official announcement has been made by the league or any of the participating schools as far as I can tell, but it's listed as a sponsored sport now on the MPSF website, with participating members San Francisco State, Cal Poly Humboldt, Menlo, and Vanguard. SF State housed their wrestling program in the RMAC for the longest time, but they're no longer listed as an affiliate member on the RMAC website. Decently big news, as having an actual conference presence for wrestling on the West Coast could lead to more schools in that area starting up teams

The "announcement" is sort of on the championship information page. The participating school logos are at the bottom of the respective sports pages. Only Menlo College and Vanguard have women's teams.

Yeah not happening unless some donor comes through.

Still no membership committee report, but the NCAA membership directory has been updated for 2024–25 and St. Augustine's and Bloomfield are both still on it with their reduced sport counts.

Bloomfield has a 2024 men's soccer schedule posted on their website, but nothing as of yet for any other sport.

Also on the NCAA membership directory, Menlo College men's and women's wrestling is listed as a member of the MPSF giving more confirmation of MPSF sponsorship.

Oh thanks. I was wondering why I couldn't find my own post in that forum!

Oh, I've done it. I was in a crabby mood and chewed on a guy for his post having nothing to do with the thread.

Turned out I was on the wrong thread. Oops.

Oh it has happened. The Koenig's tend to be jokers. Sometime I'll have to tell you the story when about a dozen Olivia guys hit my two neighbor girls when I had ridden with them to the District wrestling meet there. Many years ago but they still laugh about it.
