  • Harlon Hill.. 8 From Three Regions and 12 from One.. NCAA Take a Look

The Harlon Hill Has 8 nominees from 3 out of 4 Regions and takes 4 extra out of 1 region for a total of 12 out of 1 region. NCAA knows they have it wrong in SAVING MONEY. Everyone in D2 knows how CROOKED the NCAA is in making money for themselves. Trust ALL of us in D2, we know. Thanks Wayne for "trying" to cover us fairly, but we know you work under the machine who could give 2 "Poops" about D2.

I can't figure out if OP is mad that SR4 somehow had twelve Harlon Hill nominees vs. eight from every other region or if OP is mad at regionalization and is trying to use the extra nominees as evidence that SR4 is stronger than everyone else. The bits about "saving money" and "making money for themselves" are really throwing me off. Does OP think that the NCAA is taking bribes to let more players from one SR get nominated?

Does the NCAA have any say in the HH Award? Isn't this sponsored by the City of Florence and the SIDs?

I'm not familiar enough with the process to say for sure. If the nominations are by SIDs I think that whoever nominated a PUNTER should be stripped of his or her nomination power and never asked again though.

The Little Rock Touchdown Club is the presenter of the HH now after UNA left D2.

This fella has been saying some very very strange things this year. Add this to the list.

I haven't followed the process through from the transition UNA to Little Rock, but I assume it's pretty much the same. Any D2 SID who wants to vote may do so, but nobody is either compelled to vote or excluded.

My apologies for this nonsense everyone. Does anyone know why SR4 has more nominations than the other regions is the legitimate question? Honestly curious if anyone knows.

It's up to each school to nominate one player from its team. The reason SR4 has more nominations is probably as simple as more schools had players they felt were worthy of a nomination. More SR4 teams spent more time ranked and spotlighted this season, it seems like.
