Malcolm Butler should get an honorable mention here. Janoris Jenkins? Marquette King as backup punter?

I mentioned him on twitter the other day when he made some nice grabs. He's got a nice upside and seemingly will continue to become more part of the Lions offense.

Rod Smith, wr from Missouri Southern isn't in the HOF, but he should be. I would put him in over tyreek.

Matt Judon deserves some consideration as a 4x Pro Bowler. Not over Randle, but maybe over Sinclair.

    NFL All-D2 Team

A post Brandon made six years ago where he did his all-time NFL team made up of D2 guys triggered this thought for me. So with some digging, I updated his list (making a few changes and filling in some blanks). I think this is a pretty cool thing to keep in mind and keep updated.

A couple things to remember, a lot of schools we consider D2 were NAIA for a lot of their times with some Hall of Fame players so I left them out.
Division-2 didn't become a thing until 1973, so previous players don't count. The most obvious example is Terry Bradshaw, who was drafted in 1970. But also Gene Upshaw and Rayfield Wright.

Here's my list. Feel free to criticize to your heart's content and recommend changes.

    QB — Ken O’Brien, UC-Davis (2x Pro Bowl)
RB — Walter Payton, Jackson State (HOF)
WR — John Stallworth, Alabama A&M (HOF)
WR — Andre Reed, Kutztown (HOF)
WR — Tyreek Hill, West Alabama (5x All-Pro)
TE — Shannon Sharpe, Savannah State (HOF)
RT — Jackie Slater, Jackson State (HOF)
    RG — Jahri Evans, Bloomsburg (4x All-Pro)
    C — Ryan Jensen, CSU-Pueblo (1x Pro Bowl)
LG — Larry Allen, Sonoma State (HOF)
    LT — Jared Veldheer, Hillsdale

NT — Brandon Williams, Missouri Southern (1x Pro Bowl)
DE — Michael Sinclair, Eastern New Mexico (3x Pro Bowl)
DE — John Randle, Texas A&M Kingsville (HOF)
OLB — Greg Lloyd, Fort Valley State (3x All-Pro)
ILB — Harry Carson, South Carolina St. (HOF)
    ILB — John Mobley, Kutztown (1x All-Pro)
OLB — Robert Brazile, Jackson State (HOF)
CB — Darrell Green, TX A&M-Kingsville (HOF)
CB — Brent Grimes, Shippensburg (4x Pro Bowl)
SS — Donnie Shell, South Carolina State (HOF)
FS — Kyle Dugger, Lenior Rhyne

    K — Adam Vinatieri, South Dakota St. (3x All-Pro)
    P — Sean Landeta, Towson (3x All-Pro)
