Walsh at Hillsdale - So, I'll make a few comments. Chargers woke up in the second half vs LEC and they'll continue to be awake vs the Cavaliers.
Kentucky Wesleyan at Lake Erie - Could be a "who cares" game, but be aware of LEC. They have improved especially in the defensive backfield.
Alderson Broaddus at Findlay - The Oilers will be in a foul mood after earning an L vs ODU. AB better strap up 'em up tight. Ohio Dominican at Tiffin - Tough game to pick, but will go with ODU on the road, but I wouldn't put up a whole lot of money on my pick.
I definitely think Hillsdale will steam roll Walsh, Lake Erie should beat KWC, Findlay will kill ABU, and ODU Tiffin will be interesting because if ODU wins, they've pretty much locked up the conference, but it Tiffin wins, we've got 3-4 teams all with legitimate shots
Lake Erie is being semi competitive in games this year... What happened to the QB and RB they had week one? Cant find them on the stat sheet since.
The QB, Javarian Smith, set a school record for passing yardage last week. The second QB, Colston Brewster, who is more of a classic passer, who played in the first two games, injured his passing hand and did not play last week.
The big problem is the offensive line, who has been unable to move anyone or protect the quarterback, which would account for Zakouri's decline in rushing.
The defense, particularly the pass defense, is much improved, and for a change, the players believe in the coaching staff.
