  • 2021 GMAC Football Schedules

Ashland released their 2021 football schedule yesterday. Here is hoping we get to play some football next fall. Looking forward to being in the GMAC.

Sep 4th @ Notre Dame Sept 11th Ferris State
    Sept 18th Open
    Sept 25th Quincy
    Oct 2nd @ Walsh
    Oct 9th Ohio Dominican
    Oct 16th @ Tiffin
    Oct 23rd Lake Erie
    Oct 30th Hilsdale
    Nov 6th @ Findlay
    Nov 13th @ Kentucky Wesleyan

At first glance Ashland will know what kind of team they have after the first two weeks. Not sure it gets much tougher starting out @ Notre Dame and home vs Ferris.

Brutal, could start 0-2, win out, and host a playoff game...

reminder of the GMAC/GLVC schedule alliance that begins this year. All teams have their week 3 and 4 games set with Ashland taking the AB slot, hence their week 3 opening. They may be picking up SVSU or Northwood that week

hillsdale has Indy and M-Tech as their remaining non conference games so Indy is playing three really good GMAC teams this fall.

this alliance begins for fall 2021 and not spring

Is Ohio allowing fans for TU games?

Yes. Last week you could see about 400 fans on the live feed between ODU/Walsh. Both home and away fans allowed in. Ohio is more open than PA right now in term of Covid.

Nice showing by Kentucky Wesleyan today. First game for KWC and Ohio Dom with two under their belt already. I always say playing at home is worth six points and the difference in this one was a four point loss for KWC on the road. Thinking they'll get wins again Erie and Walsh this year.

The Erie game is that against Gannon U, Mercyhurst U or Endinboro U, all considered Erie teams?
Is the game in Erie, Pa?
I don't see it listed on Gannon's schedule.

Evidently Tiffin is still open week 1. They reached out IUP and Charleston and neither would play them. ODU open week 2 right now.

I am sure you know they meant LEC in Painsville

Stunned by that ODU v KyW score

Both schools actually show that as a home game right now...

Took me a minute to remember that Week 2 opponent is FCS and not D3...
