Actually, I checked the schedules of both teams and they do not play on Oct. 1. No need to pick Tiffin over LEC, unless both of those schools failed to include an Oct. 1 game.

Congrats to KWC with the upset over Hillsdale.

KWC has been much more competitive these last few years.Typically they have too many "big play" break downs and lose by a score or two, like the loss to William Jewell was an interception under 4 to go in WJ territory that WJ returned to 27 to get winning TD. The turnover "battle" has been a big issue. An INT and 2 lost fumbles in 5 point loss to LEC, an INT and a lost fumble in 7 point loss to WJC. Against HC, KWC won the TO battle which led to the upset. In last year's 31-12 loss to HC KWC had 6 TOs to 0 for HC.

I wonder why each school failed to list this game in their on-line schedules? You are correct. They played.
