OT: West Liberty Hires D2 Mat Coach of the Year Away from WJU

Kind of a shocker here. This guy was named NCAA Division II National Coach of the Year after leading Wheeling Jesuit to a national runner-up finish and had 5 All-Americans and 2 national champions coming back. Nice catch for the Hilltoppers!

Wow. Huge hire for a WLU wrestling program that spent part of the year in the top 20! First test to see what WJU does as far as restricting athletes that want to transfer as I would presume a number of WJU wrestlers will want to follow their coach.
