Yep...Not just a reboot ..top to bottom rebuild! Heck, even the furniture needs to go, the carpet needs to be replaced and the walls painted!

I might go to my first WL football game in 2026 after 15+ years and I might even start making donations instead of ignoring the alumni mailers.

I don't mean to be mean but....

is 100 wins in 21 seasons really an accomplishment? Congratulations on sustaining near mediocrity for so long. The worst coach can eventually reach 100 wins if they stick around long enough I guess.

Not when almost 1/2 (46) of the 100 wins where earned during the first six years of his 21 years. Averaged over 7 wins per season his first 6 years...But 3.6 wins per season over the last 15 years.

If he had averaged the same 7+ wins per season over his career he would have surpassed 100 wins 7 season ago (2018).

After hitting on two top tier QB's (Jay Guillon and Zach Amedro) right out of the gate, he could never seem to bring in another one capable of triggering the offense with the pan ash necessary to win...And he never seemed willing to change his offense to suit the QB's he had.

Ask East Stroudsburg fans. Their long time coach Douds won 264 games... over 45 seasons. He basically was going .500 for almost half a century.

We would have killed for a 500 season...Haven't had one in 10 years!!

Go to the PSAC and get an experienced offensive or defensive coordinator that would have recruiting ties to western PA and eastern Ohio. Look at the successful schools like The Rock, Indiana or Cal PA. Maybe they would bring several of their staff with them. Clean house.

Well, the vacancy announcement is on the street so it is moving along relatively quickly.

The job was posted Monday. I assumed there would be some names floating around by now, but you know what they say when you assume.

WOW! I’m surprised that wasn’t announced. Many thought he would be next in line, especially since his wife is a big shot up there. I wonder who would be next in line? That’s if they keep it in house, which they tend to do.
