Former New Haven head football coach Pete Rossomando is now the new head coach at Lamar University. Rossomando was at UNC-Charlotte where he spent the previous two seasons as the 49ers' offensive line coach and was named interim head coach for the final four games of the 2022 season. I live less than 5 minutes from UNC-Charlotte campus and got to see him there on the sideline a few occasions. Best of luck coach.
