  • Mercyhurst at Slippery Rock

Any thoughts on this one? I expect a close game and wouldn't be overly surprised if this is one of those games we should win but don't.

1 It is a trap game, could be looking forward to next week.

    2. Still lots of people injured, new to the list the top CB

    3. Hills has been medically cleared, but still a question mark.

    4. Hurst always plays tough against ROCK; Marty is conservative by nature and does not take too many chances.

    5. Return games is looking good and could be the difference; Chapla must staring making his FG's.

It will probably be a nail biter.

    GO ROCK

Absolutely right. Mercyhurst always plays us tough. That, combined with them having the better coach (IMO), makes me nervous.

        Go Rock.

Slippery Rock 31, Mercyhurst 14 at half. Overall a good first half from the Rock. The defense sort of fell asleep in the latter stages of the second quarter, though.

So does the HC switch QB's when either of the other two guys get healthy (if they are going to)? Rivers might be the best of the 3 now.

I don't see how, considering how he is playing, however he does hold the ball too long and looked more indecisive against Mercyhurst. Taylor King (original no.2) is getting close to coming back

Slippery Rock is a pretty good team, good win on Saturday.
