The PSAC teams have significant advantage or disadvantage depending on the crossover conference schedule they get from the home office. Other conferences play everyone, so in conference opponents records are always 0.500 - They play one or two OOC games at most, PSAC schools play 3 or 4 OOC conference, so if you draw Lock Haven , Millersville and Bloom this year, you have low SOS, if you get KU, WCU and SHEP you have really high SOS - and maybe more losses.
Sure - but by and large look at the win% of the top to bottom of the other conferences in SR1. Most D2 conferences have a supreme team with a bunch of crap underneath.
