With the addition of Shepard in the PSAC-East - most East teams will not have room for an OOC game looking at toughest 19 schedule SHIP is brutal at Rock-at Cal and also play IUP - SHIP plays the 3 toughest teams in the East

Week 1 is always open in the PSAC. Shepherd merely replaces what would have been Cheyney's spot.

        Week 1: Open
Weeks 2 & 3: East vs West crossover
Weeks 4-10: East (or West) divisional games
Week 11: East vs West crossover (or PSAC Title Game)

That seems rude on our part.

Read Matt's recent article. Tort said home game or no game.

Sounds like they were desperate to play anybody with all the teams departing up there. I don't see it as rude. Just business. IUP set the terms. They didn't have to accept.

From the New Haven point of view, they know IUP will be over 0.500, and with a new QB's first start for IUP, there might just be a chance to come away with a signature win. I think its good for them.

And when you're a team with playoff hopes, that's the ideal opponent. Someone good enough to provide a good challenge and a predicted record that won't hurt your OWP.

True, but with all the New Haven is losing due to graduation; they (New Haven) may get taken out to the woodshed!

Per SAC schedule that should be 9/6. Considering the schedule weeks 2-5, KUTZ, SHIP, @BORO, @IUP, I'll accept the SOS hit if it allows the VULCANS to work out the kinks before heading into that meat grinder.

NE-10 scheduling due to departure of Post & Merrimack

With the departure of LIU Post and Merrimack to NCAA Division I, the new scheduling arrangement in the Northeast-10 Conference requires each team to play one of the league's nine programs twice.first meeting will not count toward NE10 standings.
