Not too bad but someone will have to set a constant supply of BW from the ANCHOR BAR about 2 miles north.

Cardboard fans in the stands and pumped in crowd noise. That was interesting.

Did it matter? Nobody can go to a game. They could play in a local park. Plus Buffalo is closer to Toronto. If you go due north of Buffalo to the shoreline along Lake Ontario you can see the Toronto skyline on the horizon.

It is the first major league game to be played in Buffalo since 1885 The management said "substantial new construction will be required to upgrade Sahlen Field. The locker room needs to be expanded so players can practice social distancing. The lights need to be upgraded as well. The team will bear the majority, if not all, of the costs."

The field itself looks better than the dome in Toronto.

If you grew up in the sixties and seventies, everyone liked some grass.

Don't think it's been stated here but the Marlins now have 14 players who have tested positive and a few staff members. Now quarantined here in Philly in their hotels for 2 weeks and will probably have to cancel the next two weeks of games. MLB needs to halt and reorganize, speculation is someone in their organization contracted the virus in Atlanta Wednesday and spread it throughout the team through yesterday. Common sense says MLB shuts down for 2 weeks, finds 6 hub cities based on divisions to reduce air travel which also minimizes the chances of contracting the virus. That takes a little time so that 60 game season is down to 50 games.
