How could that ever be (legally) enforced? How do you grocery shop ... go to church ... etc. In its simplest form, a huge percentage technically live off-campus.

      • I get your point but they aren't building a mythical The Donald wall around campus. It could never be enforced (or legal). Perhaps at a prepatory school (like The Kiski School in Saltsburg) where the students are largely minors. College-age is generally 18+ ... legally adults with rights.

18 isn't actually that cool. You can vote and own property, but you can't drink and you're also responsible LEGALLY for anything you do wrong like DWI or getting it on with that 16 year old who really looked much older.

            • And a dying enrollment will see 1,000 kids transfer to SRU or Cal.

This generation doesn't get told 'no' very well.

                • I wish we could change the title of the thread because we'll be lucky to see anything of any value in the rest of 2020...

Not entirely. They have jurisdiction over any student groups deemed responsible for violating laws and policy off campus. They also have jurisdiction to punish individual students for the same.

Who is going to supervise it at 1am?

I dunno IUPbigINDIANS. I honestly think the Power 5 conferences are just trying to buy time. I am itching for football. However, at this point it is not looking good.
