IUP just announced freshmen will be on campus, along with some grad students and any international students already in the country. The other students will be online.

This is my favorite plan. Underclassmen are the ones who benefit most from living on campus. Also allows IUP to teach campus policy, procedure, etc.

This probably eliminates parties off campus since almost all freshmen are required to live on campus. Also helps with keeping social distancing easier at the cafeteria and library.

Yep. Freshmen must live on campus and must have a meal plan. All the older students who have signed leases with the Slum Lord Mafia ... they are probably still coming as that money isn't getting refunded.

Most had to be paid Aug. 1. They don't bill month-to-month like normal apartments. Most require full semester payment up front.

I suspect most will live here who signed leases. Better than living with mommy and daddy.

A ton of kids moved in around town this past weekend (Aug 1).
