Those groups up front have paved the way for some of the most dominant ground games in Division II. In 2012 the Crimson Hawks broke a program record with 3,630 rushing yards, in 2015 the team's 293.6 rushing yards per game set a school record and ranked fifth in the country, and in 2016 IUP rushed for 48 touchdowns in 12 games, ranking third in Division II.

I'm still around and doing well. I have been tied up following my nephew at Pitt and haven't really watched much of IUP since their games seem to overlap. Since I live about 8 miles from Shepherd, I'll probably head down there and watch a game or two when it doesn't overlap with Pitt. Shepherd has a nice team and the way the offense is built to center piece Bagent's arm makes it really entertaining to watch them run and gun. I'll watch IUP when they don't overlap with Pitt or flip them on after Pitt's done blowing another game where they are the favorite. I did tune in for the second half of the Shepherd game and wasn't surprised by the score. If a defense doesn't get Bagent to throw off his back foot - his superman's kryptonite so to speak - he will tear it up. I'm looking forward to IUP pulling it together and coming to Shepherd in November.
