Looking at their roster I'd say it's about half from the City of Philadelphia.Originally posted by IUPNation View Post
Widener, Ursinus and Delaware Valley?
As an aside, their Tight Ends coach is a female. She has an extensive coaching record.
This line from her bio: As an athlete, she played running back for team Canada in 2017 and was part of the Canadian bobsled and skeleton team. She holds the team Saskatchewan Olympic lifting record.
Nation, if you see her on Lancaster Avenue, do not mess with this person.

Since this thread is the de facto higher education industry thread...
Gannon's president did an interview where he said roughly 25% of their enrollment is "global" which I assume means international students. That population at every school is way down as it has become harder to get a student visa to study in the USA but also fewer international students are interested in coming given the current climate. Gannon president said they've had to restructure to address reduced revenue. International students at private schools pay the pseudo-fake MSRP sticker price that almost no domestic students pay.

No doubt. International students are a big part of the revenue strategy for private schools, which is why they tend to recruit them more heavily and have larger percentages. Some schools like LaRoche make it a focal point and they're in big trouble...unless you've got Carnegie Mellon money.Originally posted by iupgroundhog View Post

Not great because they're not doing anything differently. They just rebranded, restructured and are sharing reporting lines. That's it. No new strategies to fix the enrollment declines. Just reacting to the annual budget deficit and cut accordingly.Originally posted by IUPbigINDIANS View PostSince this thread resurfaced ... how are the 'triad' experiments going?
The only thing remotely close to a "new strategy" aimed at attracting new students is some campuses adding new sports programs.

If you get elected, you have a lot of lies on the resume and skeletons in the closet - regardless of party.Originally posted by IUPNation View Post

Have those coal jobs flooded back into West Virginia yet? It was a promise!
