Indiana has plenty of nice things but like just about any town, there are opportunities for more.
If it’s underutilized, it’s a wasted space. It could be a beautiful park with amenities seen in more urbanized areas. Imagine a skate park there..maybe a small cafe or food trucks in the summer near the pool area. Its main purpose shouldn’t be to stage a county fair once a year. It should be in addition to.,,,

Cool. I'd imagine that during a 3 hour baseball game on Saturday afternoon in Indiana you can get pretty good and drunk.

I thought the throw pretty clearly beat the runner. On the angle from the first base camera, it looked pretty clear the tag was applied to the left hand before he pulled that arm back and reach for the plate with his right arm on the slide.

Bang bang play that looked different in real time from the overhead camera. But I have zero issues with the call.

Arm was way under the tag. Better camera he's safe 10 of 10

There wasn't an overhead camera. Fortunately for Point Loma.

The camera behind the plate that showed the play in real time. You knew exactly what I meant.

No. I didn't. Neither angle was good which is why they had no chance on the review. Lose the f-ing attitude.

                          • It was a ballsy decision to send the runner. I don't think many coaches would have done so in that spot -- especially with a reliever who appeared pretty shaky.

The 1B was off balance after the catch which likely led to sending him. What a sequence on that stage.

Just appeared that from the press box camera that showed the play as it happened, the throw beat the runner pretty clearly. And 9 times out of 10, that umpire is calling the runner out there. Catcher made a good play on a short hop.

I get there wasn’t a good angle for a review. But I didn’t have an issue with the call based on how it looked it real time. It was a close play, but the throw beat him. All I’m saying. It was a risky decision to tag and send the runner there.

                                Certainly agree very risky call.
