Stewies are nationally ranked this year.

And they were ranked No.1 in the east last year, until they lost to Bloom in the championship. So much for rankings, but Bloom was also ranked this season.

Baseball is 5-5.

To put that in proper perspective I don't think they've been .500 after 10 games in decades.

University of Charleston (D-II - WV): Per source, IUP (D-II - PA) defensive line coach Jalen Hairston has been hired as the defensive coordinator for the program. Hairston, who is 26, previously coached the defensive backs at Charleston.

I'd think the familiarity would be attractive to fans. More people would show up to see IUP play Edinboro than, say, IUP play Bentley.

Spring roster should be up any day now.


As for Week 1 ... with each week passing it certainly appears the first time we'll see them in Miller will be Week 4.
